Booking Tickets
Tickets for all events can be booked online 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Ticket prices differ between events. Tickets are provided electronically and can be shown on your smart device or printed off. If you could rather a physical ticket, there is an option for this for an additional fee and these will be posted to you.
Tickets can be purchased over the phone or in person at our box office between the hours of 10am and 3pm Monday – Friday.
For many events, our box office will open 1 hour before the event for tickets to be purchased in person.
Ticket Prices
Ticket prices vary by show, with the costs normally set by the Promoter. In some instances concessions apply for children or families. We try to keep our events as affordable as possible, so concessions are only available if specifically shown.
Children under 2 years old are not permitted unless the performance or event is advertised as specifically suitable for ‘Under 2s’. All children over the age of 2 years require a valid ticket, even if sitting on the lap of a parent or guardian.
Booking Fees
A booking fee of 7% is applied to every order. This amount goes towards payment processing fees, maintenance of our ticket system and marketing our events. The booking fee is non-refundable unless the event you have booked is cancelled by us.
Returns, Refunds and Exchanges
Tickets cannot be exchanged or returned. Refunds are not possible unless we cancel the performance. Our full ticket terms and conditions can be found here.
Latecomers
We reserve the right to refuse admission to latecomers. Where it is possible, we will ask you to wait until a suitable break in the performance.
Please be aware that if you cannot be admitted due to arriving late, we are unable to give any refunds or exchanges.
Accessibility
A small number of disabled parking spaces are available for Blue Badge holders. These are located to the left of the main entrance.
Our front row of seating is at floor level and can be reconfigured to accept wheelchairs on request, or are shown as such on our seating plan when booking your tickets.
We welcome registered assistance dogs.
Sadly, due to continued abuse of the system we are no longer able to offer any discounted rates for carers.
Toilets and Baby Change
Toilets are located in the foyer. A Baby Change station is located within the accessible toilet near the main entrance. Please ask staff if you require assistance.
