For lost property, please call 01425 201720.

Getting here early
We recommend arriving no more than 30 minutes before the performance starts, so you can soak up the pre-show atmosphere, visit the bar and have plenty of time to find your seat.

Parking
Please travel on foot wherever possible. If you need to travel by car we have two car parks – please ensure you use every space. Parking at the adjacent leisure centre is permitted on event days. You do not need to go into the Leisure Centre to register your vehicle. You must register your vehicle reg either on the tablet in our foyer or by scanning one of the QR code posters on display around the venue to avoid a fixed penalty notice. There are a small number of accessible bays for Blue Badge holders near the main entranceOur team will be on hand to assist you.

Please be aware that we do not have a huge amount of space for audience members to wait so we suggest you do not arrive too early.

Ringwood Town Centre Car Parks (free after 6pm) are a short walk from us and can be found at:
  • Furlong Short Stay BH24 1AT
  • Furlong Long Stay BH24 1AT
  • Blynkbonnie BH24 3AS
Please be mindful of our neighbours if you choose to park on any of the local roads. We are a new venue in the New Forest, run by volunteers who are here to help you.

Food and drink
Our bar, 'The Thirsty Filly' sells a fantastic range of drinks and bar snacks. We do not have a large foyer and our bar is outside, so please be aware of this. Our bar is open for most, but not all events.

Eating and drinking during the performance
We serve a selection of drinks and snacks before the performance and during the interval from our bar. Ice cream is sold by our team in the auditorium serving fantastic flavours from New Forest Ice Cream.
You can take drinks into the auditorium if they’re in plastic bottles or cups, but no glass.

Children
We put on some family-friendly performances but, generally speaking, we don’t allow children under the age of five in the audience.
If the show allows children under five, under 2s go free. If you’re a parent or carer, please book aisle seats to make getting in and out easier.
Under 16s must be accompanied by an adult at all performances.

Filming and photography
Many shows do not allow recording of any type - please follow guidance at the event and ask if you are unsure.

Respect
We ask that you treat our staff, volunteers and your fellow audience members with respect. We have a zero-tolerance approach to any intimidating, aggressive or threatening behaviour and you will be asked to leave if this occurs.
