Tickets for all events can be booked online 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Ticket prices differ between events. Tickets are provided electronically and can be shown on your smart device or printed off. If you could rather a physical ticket, there is an option for this for an additional fee and these will be posted to you. Tickets can be purchased over the phone or in person at our box office between the hours of 10am and 3pm Monday - Friday. For many events, our box office will open 1 hour before the event for tickets to be purchased in person.

The Barn is a multipurpose venue, built in 2023, located in the centre of Ringwood. The venue sits within the grounds of Ringwood School who obtained funding to expand its facilities, and The Barn operates to extend use of this wonderful facility for wider enjoyment.
Ticket prices vary by show, with the costs normally set by the Promoter. In some instances concessions apply for children or families. We try to keep our events as affordable as possible, so concessions are only available if specifically shown.
A booking fee of 7% is applied to every order. This amount goes towards payment processing fees, maintenance of our ticket system and marketing our events. The booking fee is non-refundable unless the event you have booked is cancelled by us.
Tickets cannot be exchanged or returned. Refunds are not possible unless we cancel the performance. For full information please read our Terms & Conditions.
We reserve the right to refuse admission to latecomers. Where it is possible, we will ask you to wait until a suitable break in the performance. Please be aware that if you cannot be admitted due to arriving late, we are unable to give any refunds or exchanges.
A small number of disabled parking spaces are available for Blue Badge holders. These are located to the left of the main entrance. Our front row of seating is at floor level and can be reconfigured to accept wheelchairs on request, or are shown as such on our seating plan when booking your tickets. We welcome registered assistance dogs. Complimentary or reduced price companion tickets may be available for some events. Companion tickets are only intended for customers with disability-related needs, significant and more than what could be reasonably expected of family or friends already accompanying you. We reserve the right to require you to prove your disability, as defined by the Equality Act (2010) by providing appropriate, approved documents. Proof of eligibility must clearly belong to you and identify that you have a disability as defined by the Equality Act. Please contact us to discuss options should you require a companion during your visit.
Toilets are located in the foyer. A Baby Change station is located within the accessible toilet near the main entrance. Please ask staff if you require assistance.
Children under 2 years old are not permitted unless the performance or event is advertised as specifically suitable for ‘Under 2s’. All children over the age of 2 years require a valid ticket, even if sitting on the lap of a parent or guardian.
We have a fantastic team of volunteers who run our quirky bar, 'The Baa'. We serve a large range of hot and cold beverages and are very proud to be serving Jeremy Clarkson's range of Hawkstone drinks on draught - give them a try!
We have no food provision on site but do have a small selection of bar snacks.
At many events our security team will undertake bag searches on arrival. We allow soft drinks in sealed containers only. As a fully licensed premises, visitors are not permitted to bring their own alcohol, including alcohol added to soft drinks. These will be taken from you and available for collection after the event.
