Additionally, our beautifully produced printed What’s On guides are distributed throughout the venue and across strategic locations in Ringwood. Issued twice a year and supported by a digital version on our website, these guides place your brand directly alongside our seasonal programme of performances, reaching new and returning customers alike. With limited advertising space available and only a small number of business partners accepted per period, this is a premium opportunity to stand out in a truly local context.

Digital Display Screens

We have two 75" display screens in our foyer showing a reel of upcoming events and business advertising.

£159+vat for 3 months
  • 2 × 15 second static images or 1 × video (up to 30 seconds) shown at least once every 15 minutes
  • Only 10 business adverts shown per 3-month period
  • Up to 3 revisions included so your message is always accurate
  • Full design service included – you share your info and branding, we do the rest!
Cost effective – unlike traditional flyers and posters, there are no print costs involved and we allow you to change your files frequently to ensure your message is always up to date.
Mass audience reach – our digital signage is situated in prominent locations in our foyer – your potential customers won’t be able to miss your message!
Always visible and quick to update – our digital screens roll advertisements all day and throughout our events so your message is there to be seen at all times.

Printed What's On Guides

We print 1,000 event guides twice per year, distributed from the venue and at strategic locations around Ringwood.

    1 rear cover, 3 full pages and 4 half pages available per issue
