Bringing your show to our venue is simple and rewarding. We’re perfectly set up for live performance, welcoming audiences of up to 500 seated or 600 standing in a flexible, professional space designed to make artists shine.
With state-of-the-art technical provision, an industry leading ticketing and booking system, and an experienced, friendly team of staff and volunteers, we support you every step of the way from planning and promotion through to curtain call.

What equipment does The Barn provide?
We have a industry leading stock of AV, Sound and Lighting equipment. For most shows, all equipment within our Tech Spec is included in the deal, however if you choose no technical support from us as part of your package, you'll have access to the empty auditorium only and no use of equipment.
Can you provide technical support?
Our equipment can only be operated by our technical team unless prior arrangements have been made with our Senior Technician.
When you are permitted to provide your own technical staff, our Senior Technician will also need to be present.
We have access to a vast pool of Casual Technicians with a wealth of experience in all technical disciplines - just ask!
For live music event, we ask that the show ends by 10pm to respect our neighbours.
No unauthorised persons (including friends and relatives) are allowed backstage at any time.
No unauthorised persons are allowed in The Gallery at any time.
If you intend to play recorded music before, after or during your event you must declare this and provide a list of the music to be used. All PRS charges for the event will be passed on to the Hirer. Please familiarise yourself with PRS rules and charges. If you are unsure, please ask.
Do you provide a box office service?
We ask that tickets for all shows in our venue are sold through our box office and website. This provides maximum exposure for us and you, and ensures that seating is accurately allocated. There is no cost to you for using our system. Our system provides e-tickets and professional printed tickets, which people often keep as a momento! Tickets can be purchased online, over the phone or in person during our Box Office opening hours.
Will you help market our show?
We include all shows on our website, social media pages and on digital screens in our foyer. We are able to offer additional paid services too - please ask for more details.
